FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How can I get my book reviewed?
A: Email me at brandon [at] bizbooktalk [dot] com. I will promptly reply with the address to ship the book to.
Q: Once I send a book to be reviewed, how long will it take to get the review up?
A: It varies. I’m constantly seeking out new books to review, so there are always books in queue to be reviewed. As of September of 2006 we now have an additional 5 people to review books allowing us to increase our output as well. Feel free to email at any time to check on the status and we will promptly and happily respond!
Q: Would you be interested in any other business related projects if I contacted you?
A: Yes, contact me! I’m always brewing up new ideas and would be eager working on new projects if they interest me.
Q: I love your site. Can I have your autograph?
A: Of course! I don’t turn away fans. But I ask that you don’t attempt to sell it on Ebay. I’ve had problems in the past with people selling my fake autograph for huge profits. I frequently check up on Ebay to see that this isn’t happening.
Q: Why don’t you have a link to your email? Why the image and the spelling of the dot com out?
A: Simply answered, I don’t want spam! Spammers have tools which allow them to scan sites (aka spidering) and pick up email addresses in HTML code. If I don’t specifically reference to it in the HTML code, I won’t get spam. No spam = happy man*.
* Unfortunately this doesn’t work. So far I’ve won the Crude Oil Lottery for $900,000, have a long lost relative who is a Nigerian farmer that needs money, and received interest from a textile owner that needs me to be his business partner in ‘the states’.
Q: You selfish fool, you’ve sold your soul to Google Ads haven’t you?
A: Yes, I know! I promise the sidebar ads will be the only ads I place on the site. I dislike sites that are plastered with Google Ads which make the content hard to find. My goal is to build a site with value. Too many websites/blogs fill their pages with Google Ads, and then try to add value. I find that useless.
Q: It’s great you made this FAQ and all, but you didn’t answer my question! What’s the deal?
A: Email me! brandon [at] bizbooktalk [dot] com
